Sertial's Quest - Chapter 8

I then lead Justyn into the royal house and up to my bedchamber, I guess its ours now instead of just mine. As we past my parent’s suite tears started to roll down my face. “So the matter at hand is who will govern our people while we are away.” I said, “We have done a lot of thinking and we have chosen Raycor as our Regent in our absence, as we know he will do it with Honor, as we would have.” I said.

“You are right Your Majesty he will, and it will be a great Honor serving him.” The King replied.

“I will need you to pass the word to all the people of the land as to this decree. I do not know when we will return as the Goddess was not to clear on that but she said I will know the time.” I said.

“Your father has used us in the past as well, when he has posted new decrees.” The King said. Then with a sparkle in the air a little piece of parchment appeared before the King.

Appeared on the parchment as I spoke then the King brought it forward and told me to affix the seal.
